Castle Gardens in Lisburn, Co. Antrim is a historical site once the home of Lisburn Castle, a 17 century fortified manor house. There is full disabled and wheel chair access and all are welcome to enjoy a guided tour which is free. The upper 19th century gardens and the 17th century terraces, have been recently restored by the Lisburn City Council, and a visit to the Castle Gardens is a must when in Lisburn, plus the artefacts found in the gardens during restoration and archaeological excavations, can be viewed at the Lisburn musuem.
