Bodmin Jail
Bodmin Jail is a unique heritage asset and attraction built by the prisoners, and you can visit the cold dank cells and see the original hanging pit. This all weather attraction offers a look into the covered courtyard, with a Civil and Naval Prison housing a museum within its walls split over six levels. A licensed bar and restaurant are available for home cooked meals made from fresh produce and beverages and refreshments. Evening ghost walks are available throughout the year for those interested in the paranormal, and are conducted by an experienced and professional Psychic medium & energy therapist, but be warned it's not for the faint hearted.
