Tartu Toy Museum
Tartu Toy Museum in the heart of Tartu, Estonia is a fascinating attraction housed in an old wooden building and transports visitors back to the joys of their childhood. There are permanent exhibits of toys through the ages including artist made dolls, souvenir dolls and traditional toys, and they have a play room and workshop rooms, plus alternating exhibits and children's activities are organized at the museum. The Tartu Toy Museum collects, preserves, studies and introduces toys of Estonia and the world, they even have a house of theatre and animation puppets in the former coach house in the yard, where they also show characters and props of animation films, and sketches and cartoons previously exhibited. There is also a theatre stage in the theatre house, children's studio and theatre puppets, come for a world of fun, learn about the process behind the making of puppet films, see the exhibits and let the children and yourself play.

University of Tartu Museum
The University of Tartu Museum in Tartu, Estonia covers the history of science and university education from the 17th century to present day with fascinating tales covering science, art, astronomy, medicine and student life. There are permanent exhibitions spanning three floors showcasing objects and materials the university has used over it's long and historic academic operation, with the heritage on display, accompanied by a number of temporary exhibitions. The Estonian Sports Museum in the centre of Tartu, Estonia offers a entertaining and educational experience showacasing sports and sports history exhibitions, and collects, preserves and examines materials about physical culture and sports related to history. They organise exhibitions, seminars and conferences, publishing materials, and the library has nearly 25.000 sport related publications which can be used on site. The Estonian Sports Museum collection features 18 sub-collections with over 132,868 historic sports items including photos, a collection of medals, films, videos, sports equipment, sports clothing and more, come visit.
