Talyllyn Railway
The Talyllyn Railway in Tywyn, Wales is a historic narrow-gauge steam operated railway which runs through the Fathew valley. Since 1951 there gave been great improvements including relaid track, locomotive rebuilt and acquired, additional carriages, and a safe and flexible signalling system and more. Both the original locomotives and all the original carriages of the Talyllyn Railway remain in regular use to this day. There's a licensed cafe and tearoom at Tywyn Wharf and Quarryman's Caban in Abergynolwyn for a refreshment stop. The Railway Shop stocks a wide selection of Talyllyn Railway branded goods, and the Narrow Gauge Railway museum houses an important collection of artefacts, collections and more, come for a wonderful visit.
