The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts
The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts, was established in 1974, and with our small, hands-on classes, we are able to interact and share our knowledge with students in a personal and individual manner. Our culinary arts school offers professional and recreational cooking classes for budding chefs who are eager to learn everything about fine foods and the preparation behind it. The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts has a professional chef's program which takes place over 37 weeks, and teaches basic techniques, principles and theories of baking and cooking, and we also have an interesting program to learn about Asian, Fusion and American cuisines. The Culinary Certificate Program is aimed at preparing serious students to be qualified to enter the exciting world of culinary arts.
