At Ellipse Fitness in Green Bay, Wisconsin, was founded in 2002, and to date we have a total of 8 fitness centers in various areas. Our customized workouts are aimed at building strength, increasing muscle mass, increasing metabolism and burning body fats, and to ensure our programs remain interesting, we change our workouts on a daily basis. Unlike many fitness centers, Ellipse Fitness does not have heavy machines, treadmills or exercise equipment, our training techniques include kettle bells, dumbbells, kickboxing and exercises used at boot camps, and our members look forward to joining in our large or small group training programs that are conducted in a fun and social environment, and where they receive personal attention and motivation from our dedicated fitness instructors.
