The Montrose Museum is housed in a beautiful neo-classical building with displays housed in the spacious atrium, mezzanine and galleries charting the life of the town and art of its people. Displays of local interest covering archaeology, Montrose history, the picts, Montrose silver, maritime and natural history make for fascinating browsing and significant Neolithic and bronze age artefacts include examples of Montrose silver and Dryleys pottery.
