Bay City Sailing
Sailing is a wonderful pastime. Using sails to harness the wind, sailing boats can be used for short excursions, or round the world races.
Sailing boats come in all sizes, from catamarans and dinghies to multimillion dollar yachts. There are a great many ways in which you can enjoy sailing.
Sailing can be learnt at many boat and yacht clubs, sailing schools, and even youth and scouting groups.
Sailing is a popular sport, and there are many boat and yacht races, and regattas, which draw sportspeople and spectators interested in sailing.
Sailing is often offered as an excursion at waterfront resorts. There can be few more luxurious outings than being taken sailing.

BaySail
BaySail located in Bay City, Michigan own and operate two schooners, the Appledore IV and Appledore V which sail the waters of the Saginaw River and Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron from late April through October. They also offer science education for K-12 school groups, overnight voyaging for youth and adults public sails, boat charters, group tours and visits to other ports. The Appledore schooners are steel hulled Gaff rigged schooners and are perfect for events out on the water with excellent catering available, they also offer team building sails and dockside receptions. BaySail welcomes guests to wonderful sailing adventures out on the Great Lakes, let the fun begin.
