Layback Manor - Well that's a misnomer. Layback Manor in Rutherglen began as a "lifestyle" notion ....which started out with planting the vines and olive trees...and creating a hand built Cellar Door using the red clay from the site. We are still waiting for the "layback" part!!....but we would love for you to bring you best laid back manner and sample the treasures of our labour!!
