This Sondrio Webcam is located in the city centre, along Corso Italia A look along Corso Italia, in the direction of Piazza Campello, where is the Collegiate of SS Gervasio and Protasio, patrons of the city. The course departs the historic Piazza Garibaldi, the heart of town and runs on the left, the former palace of Justice, which currently houses several offices of the Municipality, including the council chamber. The building is the work dell'ingegner A. Giussani (1917) and his style is inspired by the Renaissance. During the day Wednesday and Saturday Corso Italia is visited by the numerous large Local market stalls.

This Sondrio webcam shows the view east of Sondrio In the background the imposing dell'Adamello Group, which seems to look the Valcamonica, sovereign, on the Valtellina. Visible on the left off the bedrock on which stand the ruins of Castle of De Piro, dating from the fourteenth century, better known as' Castel Grumello. The name refers to the DOC's most famous wine whose grapes are grown, precisely, just on that off. On the right, the chain of jagged Alps Orobie currently hosting the homonymous Park recently established and excellent prospects for development. Featured neighborhoods east of the town of Sondrio, traguardati from austere architectural structures and the tower (on the right) of the Palace of the Province.
