Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea is an ancient maritime town and major yachting centre in Essex, England located at the mouth of the River Colne. With a history in shipbuilding and fisheries and seafaring, the town centre boasts the 13th century Jacobs Hall, timber framed and said to be the oldes building of it's kind in England. Brightlingsea has sandy beaches with colourful beach huts, a skate park, swimming pool, boating lake, sailing clubs, harbour and more and is a popular destination for tourists and Londoners.
