Lagoon City comprises of retired and semi retired professionals from every walk of life. Lagoon City provides flat rate city water and sewage along with many other amenities such as beach maintenance, mosquito spraying and canal maintenance. The community also has its own private sandy beach that mimics those of Georgian Bay.
