Buesum is a fishing and tourist town in the district of Dithmarschen, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated on the North Sea coast, approx. 18 km southwest of Heide.

Sankt Peter-Ording is a very popular German seaside resort and a municipality in the district of Nordfriesland, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated on the North Sea coast, on the western tip of the Eiderstedt peninsula, approx. 45 km southwest of Husum.

Wilhelmshaven is a town in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated at the western coast of the Jadebusen, which is a bay of the North Sea. Population: 83,238 (2006).

Bad Zwischenahn is a village and a municipality in the Ammerland district, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the lake Zwischenahner Meer, approx. 15 km northwest of Oldenburg.

Bremen is a Hanseatic city in northwestern Germany (official name: Stadtgemeinde Bremen / City Municipality of Bremen). It is a port city, situated along the river Weser, about 60 km (37 mi) south from its mouth on the North Sea. Bremerhaven is the seaport of the free city and federal state of Bremen, Germany. It forms an enclave in the state of Lower Saxony and is located at the mouth of the River Weser on its eastern bank, opposite the town of Nordenham. Though a relatively new city, it has a long history as a trade port and today is one of the most important German ports, playing a crucial role in Germany's trade.

Esens is a municipality in the district of Wittmund, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated near the North Sea coast, approx. 14 km northwest of Wittmund, and 20 km northeast of Aurich. Esens is also the seat of the Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Esens.

Norddeich is a municipality in the district of Dithmarschen, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Norddeich is also a borough of the town Norden.  

Greetsiel is a small port on the river Leybucht in western East Frisia, Germany. Greetsiel was first mentioned in letters from the year 1388. Since 1972, Greetsiel forms part of the municipality of Krummhoern, with its administrative seat in Pewsum. The nearest railway station is at Emden, about 15-20 kilometers away, and the two towns are linked by a bus service.
