Argeles-sur-Mer is a commune of the Pyrenees-Orientales department in southwestern France, near Perpignan. Argeles-sur-Mer is located in the coast sector of the Côte Vermeille at the foot of the Albères mountain range, just a short drive away from the Spanish border.

Narbonne is situated near the Mediterranean coast in the Aude department of the Languedoc region of Southern France. Founded in 118 BC as a Roman port. It's now a city of 40,000 and a few kilometres from the sea.

The Lac des Bouillouses is a large dammed lake with excellent walking trails including the start of Pic Peric.
