Torshavn is the capital and largest city of the Faroe Islands. It is located in the southern part on the east coast of Streymoy.

Runavík is a village in the Faroe Islands in the south of the isle of Eysturoy. There is a municipality of the same name, and there are over 10 kilometre long residential area on the east bank Skalafjordur (a fjord). Founded in 1916, it has an important fishing port.
