Cape Porpoise, Maine is a small coastal village in the town of Kennebunkport, Maine, United States. It is northeast of Kennebunkport Village and Southwest of Goose Rocks Beach. The village occupies the mainland adjacent to Cape Porpoise Harbor. More than a dozen islands protect the deep natural harbor. Goat Island Light marks the harbor entrance between Goat and Folly islands.

Sumburgh Head is located at the southern tip of the Shetland Mainland in northern Scotland. The head is a 100 m high rocky spur capped by the Sumburgh Head Lighthouse. The Old Norse name was Dunrøstar høfdi, it means "The Head onto the Thunderous Noise", referring to the noise of Sumburgh Roost. The cliffs are home to large numbers of seabirds and the area is an RSPB nature reserve.

Lunna Ness is an eight mile long, narrow finger of land that projects, almost accusingly, from Shetland's Mainland towards Yell and Fetlar. Scalloway is the largest settlement on the North Atlantic coast of Mainland, Shetland. Until 1708 it was the capital of the Shetland Islands (now Lerwick, on the east coast of the Shetland Mainland).
