Bracklesham Bay is a coastal bay on the west side of the Manhood Peninsula in West Sussex, England. The bay looks out onto the English Channel and the Isle of Wight is visible from the beach, as is the Nab Tower. The bay is sandy and backed with shingle. The beach is popular with windsurfers, divers, surfers and fossil hunters, as the Bracklesham Beds, a well known fossil bed is visible at low tide. The bedrock is London clay, and bits of the clay can be found on the sands.

Southbourne is a suburb of Bournemouth. It is the most easterly part of the borough, between Boscombe and Christchurch, Dorset. The area was previously known as Stourfield.

Southampton is the largest city in the county of Hampshire, on the south coast of England. Southampton is a major port and the closest city to the New Forest. It lies at the northernmost point of Southampton Water where it is joined by the River Test and River Itchen, with the River Hamble joining to the south of the urban area.

Littlehampton is a seaside resort town and civil parish in the Arun District of West Sussex, England, located on the east bank at the mouth of the River Arun.

Cowes is an English seaport town on the Isle of Wight, an island south of Southampton. Cowes is located on the west bank of the estuary of the River Medina facing the smaller town of East Cowes on the east Bank.

Bosham is a small coastal village and civil parish in the Chichester District of West Sussex, England, situated three miles (5km) west of Chichester on an inlet of Chichester Harbour. Bembridge is located on the easternmost point of the Isle of Wight. Bembridge is home to many of the Island's wealthiest residents. Close to the lifeboat station lies a coastguard outlook. Hamble-le-Rice, more commonly known as Hamble, is located in Hampshire on the south coast of England. Hythe is a village near Southampton, Hampshire, England. Fawley is a village and parish in Hampshire, England. It is situated in the New Forest on the western shore of the Solent, approximately 7 miles (11 kilometres) south of Southampton. Holbury is a village in Hampshire, England. It is part of the parish of Fawley. This growth has been principally due to the influence of the Esso oil refinery at Fawley and the area's proximity to the city of Southampton.
