2 Grove Villas was built of local stone during the 19th century. This attractive House, which has a convenient High Street setting in St Davids, Wales, is available throughout the year offering a well-equipped, spacious and comfortable holiday location for up to nine visitors.

2 Grove Villas is only a short walk from the centre of the Cathedral city of St Davids. It is perfectly situated for guests preferring the convenience of nearby facilities whilst offering easy access to the surrounding countryside. Access to the superb Pembrokeshire Coast Path is within a half-mile's level walking and the Swimming pool is just up the road. An excellent delicatessen within a hundred yards of the House provides a mouthwatering range of food and wine. On a gentle stroll around the city centre you will discover fine restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries exhibiting the work of many well-known local artists and craftspeople. The surrounding area is a natural playground offering a host of different activities and some of the best Beaches in Europe. The Cathedral nestling, almost hidden, in the valley offers the visitor a peaceful serenity the like of which is rarely experienced in this modern bustling 21st Century.

The interior layout offers flexible accommodation on three floors. From the top, the second floor has two double bedrooms with a bathroom and wc. The first floor has one double bedroom with wash handbasin, one twin-bedded room, one single bedroom and a shower and wc. On the ground floor there is a large lounge fitted with a multi-fuel stove and a roomy kitchen/diner. The House benefits from central heating and is fully equipped to a high standard. Facilities include gas hob and electric fan-assisted oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier and colour TV/Video and a Radio/Cassette/CD player. A cot and high chair is available if needed.

To the rear of the House is a garden with a patio that is equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture - ideal for sitting out on those balmy evenings, perhaps catching a peal of the Cathedral bells carried on the breeze.
