Built in 2006 this Cottage is stylish, comfortable, and has many quirky features including a box bay window, and an original 1920's arched front door. In good kiwi bach tradition recycled native timber joinery has been used extensively throughout. French doors lead to a private sunny deck overlooking a ferny gully.
Fern Cottage, Belmont Cottages, Lower Hutt is perfect for a couple or small family, and can sleep extras on the queen sized sofabed, and in a fun kids sleeping loft with three mattresses, accessed by ship ladder.
