The menu has kept a careful balance between old and new, but has stuck to the Blues Restaurant basics of simplicity, authenticity and freshness. The summer menu hints to Asian inspiration with items such as Thai Style Calamari Salad on crunchy oriental greens and Pan Seared Ostrich Teriyaki with a smear of wasabi and drizzled with sake and soya.
