Casita Carinosa located on Caye Caulker in Belize is a Mexican or Spanish 'hacienda' style of living with the common verandah being the gateway to the rooms.

Casita Carinosa offer a large airy kitchen and living area splits off to the first bathroom and the larger of the bedrooms. The veranda gains access to the other two bedrooms and bathroom. All have queen size beds. It was designed like this so that one bedroom or all three could be rented with enough space for all.

Your privacy is guaranteed as the other rooms will not be rented out if you are not using them. Now with the added benefit of a swimming pool with an over-flowing jacuzzi style end - ensures your privacy whilst you bath in luxury! Strictly for guests of Casita Carinosa and Amanda's Place.

On the flat portion of the roof is what I am calling the 'hammock garden'! It has a shady area with hammocks underneath to spot the sun coming up or setting in the evening.

Whether by sea or by air, you can go island hopping from Belize or Caye Caulker. Airlines and water taxis offer regular transportation to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye and Caye Chapel, a resort with golf course. Water taxis will also stop at Long Caye or St. George's Caye on the way to Belize City. Tours are available to other small islands along the Belize Barrier Reef.
