Located in downtown Montreal, Canada, Castel Durocher offers 5 luxury apartment suites that can be rented on a monthly basis. Our rates include everything,  heat and electricity, telephone and cable, sheet and towels, as well as a complete cleaning once a week.  Private parking is also available.

Castel Durocher is next to McGill University and its metro station, a few minutes away from major shopping centers like La Baie and Eaton and nearby Mount Royal park for jogging and strolls.

Two bedrooms are located on the same floor, both rooms are fully-renovated with an access to a bathroom, a kitchen, a television set and a computer connected to the Internet. The floor also offers a living-room and a dining-room that are private to the two bedrooms. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the rooms.

The suite is a large fully renovated bedroom with a private bathroom, a dining room, a living-room with a sofa-bed, air conditionning, a computer with Internet access, a kitchen, a terrasse and a private entrance. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the suite.

Castel Durocher has its own private parking. It is outdoor and located at the back of our house. If you are planning to rent a car, please take into account the fact that we are centrally located and that you will most likely not need a car during your stay. Also, you will be responsible for snow removal during the winter.
