Cotswold Lodge's large rooms are purpose built to accommodate a high quality of guest comfort. Each has a Queensize bed and it's own ensuite, with furnishings and beds of days gone by. The property is wheelchair friendly and a ramp is at the front of the house with easy parking alongside. The verandah is accessible from both rooms, where one can enjoy the freshness of the gardens below.

Cotswold Lodge welcome guests to make full use of the very large lounge. Board games and cards are available, play the piano, watch television, listen to the stereo (we have a wide range of music available), relax with a book or just sit and look out to the views of the Kaimai Ranges in Northland.
Gourmet breakfasts are our speciality, and you can dine out on the undercover deck overlooking the extensive gardens, or in the formal dining area which also overlooks the garden area. We use only fresh juices, home-made or natural jams & chutney's. Fresh fruits are abundant in our area and some are from our own garden. 2 course breakfast menu available.
DINNERS - By arrangement with menu's available from light meals to full candlelight dinners.
Katikati is renowned for its murals, which depict the history of the area. Different works highlight the different aspects of the districts development. Visitors can view the murals on their own but the guided Tour gives a greater understanding and appreciation of the stories behind each piece of art.
Katikati Heritage Museum has one of the largest collections of bottles in the southern hemisphere. A visual and interactive journey where history of the Maori and Irish settlement in the area comes alive.
