Da Gianni is an A la Carte restaurant situated in the village of Chiarano at the foot of the Arco castle hills. Chiarano is about 1 km from the town center of Arco, which is considered the heart of the area's surrounding health resorts, and is only a few minutes' drive from the most impressive summer and winter vacation resorts. Breakfast at Da Gianni is served for our overnight guests every day. Our restaurant opens for dinner every day, except Sunday and Monday. On Sunday we serve lunch. In the immediate vicinity, we have ample parking and a beautiful Mediterranean garden.

The A la Carte Da Gianni restaurant has been owned and operated by our family since 1964, and you'll always be served by the one of the family, including the second-generation teens who help by doing the daily prep work in the kitchen or waiting on customers. Our family-run restaurant has great character and offers typical Trentino as well as famous Italian specialties. The rooms of the restaurant with their rustic vaulted ceilings can host company dinners, family get-togethers and small wedding receptions. Advance booking is greatly appreciated.

The A la Carte restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and on Sunday for lunch. Our renowned and diverse à la carte plus epicurean menus attract customers from near and far. The "Gourmet" menu "I Porteghi de Ciaran" consists of five typical local, seasonal food specialty courses imaginatively created and arranged by Signora Annamaria and our chefs.
