Dive Calgary has a proud, thirty-two year history in Calgary , Western Canada, Canada, providing excellence in training to elite, high performance junior and senior national level divers.
Dive Calgary is currently training 34 athletes ranging in age from six to 28. These Senior, Age Group (Junior) and Developmental level divers compete in both springboard and platform Diving. The philosophy of our club is to embody the best in performance, good sportsmanship, integrity, discipline and personal commitment.
Dive Calgary is focused on developing strong Age Group National and Senior National competitive teams. We are committed to being an innovative and flexible organization that contributes to the personal achievement of excellence and community development through the sport of Diving at provincial, national, international and Olympic levels.
Dive Calgary in Calgary, Western Canada, is currently home to several veteran Senior National divers, aged fourteen to nineteen, who have represented Dive Calgary at national and international competitions, as well as home to a strong contingent of Age Group National divers, aged eight to sixteen who are hoping to join the ranks of our senior divers.
Dive Calgary training is conducted at Talisman Centre, a world-class public sports facility, home to many of Calgary, Western Canada's elite athletic teams. This facility features a fifteen foot deep Diving tank with four one meter and four three meter springboards as well as three, five, seven and ten meter platforms. Dive Calgary features a one meter dry board with surrounding pit mats, gymnastic trampolines with safety rig and spotting belts, mirrors, exercise stations and mats and a bubble machine (to soften new dive entries).
