Welcome to Enotria, Firenze, Italy.

Quality and tradition are the characteristics of our cuisine. Our prepared dishes are the result of balanced search for the best raw materials: oil, meat, cheese, legumes and aromatic herbs gives sense to the act of eating, embroiled our origins linked to our land and the old centuries history of eating.

Enotria, Firenze, consists of three floors:

On the ground floor there is the restaurant area, without useless ostentation, characterized by chestnut wood paneling and the space for the gastronomy and wine display where our clients stock up. The "mise en place" is different for the lunch service and for the more relaxed dinner service. This floor also holds the completely air-conditioned kitchen.

On the lower floor is the cellar of  Enotria, Firenze, where the bottles and vintages of the best wines rest. A new cellar which is continuously updated and supplies the restaurant, the wine store and our clients’ tables with a complete selection of wines from large and small producers. A journey through the production of wines and distillates which we may “discover” in our vacations and which very often tell of a fascinating Italy, characterized by drinking well.

The upper floor hosts the office of the Florence Wine Society, an association of wine and food enthusiasts. It was founded in 1999 by a group of regular clients of Enotria, Firenze.
