Welcome to the Halfway Haven, a Snowmobile Resort in Wawa, Canada. After arriving at Halfway Haven, guests can enjoy a variety of activities. There are oodles of old logging roads to explore, or a great 50 mile loop back to to Halfway Haven. There is great Northern Pike and Walleye fishing nearby. The Halfway Haven have boats and motors available per/hr.
The Halfway Haven Snowmobile Resort has 11 clean, comfortable rooms with 2 single beds in each room. We have central indoor plumbing complete with modern showers, and an outdoor hot tub, complete with sauna beside it.
We also have a 3 bedroom cabin, complete with bathroom and shower.
The ATV business continues to build in Wawa. We are busy from May 1st right through to early November. We see family groups, work groups, friends, and a real mix of all ages. Groups range from 2 people to 28 people.
With co-operation from Mother Nature, we hope to welcome sledders in late December. (Just keep in touch, and I will look out my window and let you know snow conditions.)
We have been very busy with construction, in order to offer you more amenities. We have built a new addition on the front - a new living room with lots of windows - so that you can admire your sled in the yard (or dream of you next sled!) The former living room is now totally a dining area, so there is more room for flow on those busy winter afternoons.
