The Holyhead Maritime Museum offers a fascinating display and collection of exhibits detailing the maritime history of Holyhead, Anglesey, Wales. Visit the oldest Lifeboat station in Wales with a wonderful collection of exhibits, see the detailed models of ships that sailed the Irish sea over a 100 years ago, and learn about shipwrecks and the lifeboatmen. The Holyhead Maritime Museum is also home to a second world war air raid shelter which is a permanent exhibition, come test the air raid warning siren.
