In the mornings and evenings watch a flock of geese migrate from the San Pablo Bay to the Roche family?s private 49.9 acre-foot lake, their haunting cries echoing through the crisp air.

Horseback Duo Golden eagles, kestrels, red tail hawks and other birds of prey slice into the azure sky with their aerodynamic stunts and dives.

Get up close and personal with some of the more than 500-head of cattle which graze on these same lands and the real American cowboys who manage the herd at a real operating cattle ranch.

Sometimes on your ride you might even glimpse a wary coyote watching from afar, before it runs into the shadow of the oaks.

Each 1 1/2 hour horseback tour is led by a professional guide. Riders check-in inside the Roche Winery Tasting Room. Tours include complimentary tasting of award-winning Roche wines following the ride.
