Inverurie Golf Club is situated in Inverurie, 15 Miles along the A96 trunk road from Aberdeen to Inverness in Scotland in the United Kingdom. To access the Inverurie Golf Club, turn off the A96 at the western (Blackhall) roundabout heading towards the town centre and turn right at the next roundabout.
Visitors to Inverurie in Scotland, both individual Golfers and groups are welcome to an informal round from the yellow tees although Inverurie Golf Club is a private members club. They are also encouraged to enter the Open Competitions which are organized by the club throughout the season. However visitors should note that because of a very active membership and competitions most weekends they are advised to check tee times are available beforehand.
Golf Society Outings are also welcome. They should make arrangements with the club's administrator.
Inverurie Golf Club's oldest members, Mrs. Jess Easton and Mr. John Ogston were invited by club captain Brian Knowles to officially open the new extension on Friday 18th June 2004.
he Scottish Executives? ClubGolf initiative is a partnership between the Scottish Golf Union, the Scottish Ladies' Golfing Association, the Professional Golfers' Association, the Golf Foundation and Sport Scotland.
The clubGolf plan was intended to introduce Golf to all Scottish nine year olds, particularly girls, by 2009. By introducing Golf to all nine year olds in their local primary school, it is hoped that those children who enjoy the experience, will move onto 1st level club Golf coaching, hosted by their local Golf club.
