Hayling-born Paul joined Jaspers in 2007 having spent some time working at “The Angela Harnett” Michelin starred Restaurant at the Connaught Hotel in London's Mayfair.
Having spent previously four years training at Highbury College, Paul won student of the year in 2004 and joined Jaspers with high qualifications in professional catering, food service and health and hygiene. He also spent time at the “Marriott Hotel” in Portsmouth before taking a year off to visit Australia.
Paul has an ambition to become a leading chef in this modern culinary world and is already producing new ideas to add to Jaspers Restaurant menu. Menus will change with the season to ensure that his flair and creative skills will add a dining experience their clientèle.
