Mary's Pizza Shack located in Sonoma, California wine lands, serves a variety of home-made Italian food including Pizza, Pasta, sandwiches, soups, salads, breadsticks, appetizers and desserts at moderate prices. The dressings, sauces, dough and soups are all made from scratch using Mary's original recipes from her original shack. Each item is made to order and there are no heat lamps, frozen dough or canned sauces. All Pasta meals include soup or salad, and sourdough bread. Signature items include "baseball sized" meatballs, pesto breadsticks, salads, linguini with clams, gnocchi, homemade soups and desserts and of course the legendary Pizza!

All Mary's Pizza Shack Californian locations have open kitchens, so that customers can watch the chefs make the Pizza and Pasta (and Mary's Pizza cooks are known to give kids free salami slices). Mary's Pizza Shack continues Mary's tradition of having free breadsticks in a basket at the front counter for guests to enjoy.

Kids can pull up a stool and watch as the Pizza makers roll the dough and top their Pizzas (and maybe hand over a slice of salami), The menu still features Mary's legendary Pizzas and Pastas, as well as a selection of salads, sandwiches, Italian entrees, appetizers and desserts. Signature items include Mary's giant meatballs, pesto breadsticks, gnocchi, homemade soups and Mary's salad, with its array of toppings.

Each item is still made to order, and Pastas and entrees still include soup or salad and sourdough bread, just the way Mary liked it. Although Mary Fazio passed away in 1999, her family carries on her legacy every day at every Mary's Pizza Shack, just like they have for the past 50 years.
