Mucuripe Grill serves traditional Brazilian cuisine from Wednesday and Saturdays.
The clientele is divided between the internal space, decorated with banana tree leaves, an ample veranda with views of the sea, where the strokes of fruits are prepared. To start the meal, a dressed Bahian serves caldinhos and tapiocas.
Those who prefer can go directly for the buffet, that has forty salads, beyond cheeses and cold meats. The feijoada one is served in pans of iron with separate belongings. Cost R$ 26,00 for person. They are 22 meats, between which charque, rib and lombo. Some are little conventional, as the lamb sausage. To follow, it has tutu of beans, banana to the milanesa and biscuits, among others plates. The quality of the iguarias is guaranteed by the bimonthly inspection of the suppliers and by the experience of the cooks - many have been in the house more than ten years.
