The guesthouse is ideally situated for those guests that wish to take advantage its position in regards to the Green Point Stadium, the Cape Town venue for the 2010 Soccer World Cup matches. The stadium is a five minute ride by car or taxi or a brisk 25 minute walk ? all downhill!
Major South African and Western Cape Tourist Attractions easily accessible from the Atlantic Seaboard include:
Table Mountain, Lion?s Head and Signal Hill from which fantastic views of Cape Town is within easy access. It is but a few minutes to the famous V&A Waterfront from where the ferry leaves for historical Robben Island. The Gay Village in De Waterkant, the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), the colourful Cape Quarter, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and of course Table Mountain are within easy access as are the beautiful Beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay and Sandy Bay. The Western Cape Winelands Routes for wine tastings are very popular and about 45 minutes from town.
