Bill has been in the Construction industry twenty-five years and has owned and operated Nelson Wood and Glass, Bainbridge Island, Puget Sound for the past seventeen. He is directly involved in the day-to- day operations in the office and on every jobsite. "My name is on every project and my reputation for quality, integrity and obsessive eye for detail is extremely important to me. My constant reminder to the crew is that the 'devil is in the details.' Paying attention to our quality is my constant pursuit," says Bill.
"To be on the job everyday is the way to stay on top of the project," adds Bill. "It inspires good things to happen and that, in return makes happy customers and protects the budget."
Bill's love for the business goes back to his youth. "My Uncle Pete provided my first experiences in remodeling his home when I was 12 years old. Now, 35 years later, he is working for me, driving the company truck and supplying the jobsites with all the needed
materials."
