Parker Pies is a family run business in Rutherglen, Australia which was first established in 1996. Fred and Bernadette currently employ 12 people and we produce over 250,000 pies and pastries per year. All Parker Pies and Pastries are hand-crafted and baked fresh daily. Production is done on a daily basis in our Rutherglen kitchen and when possible only fresh local produce is used.
Parker Pies also have available delicious cakes and desserts along with coffee prepared by our in house barrista not forgetting our small but terrific range of local wine and beer.
All Parker Pies products are available dine in or takeaway with the ever popular RTB range also available
Parker Pies is open 7 days a week, from 9:00 - 5:00 weekdays, 8:00 - 5:00 Saturday and 9:00 - 4:00 Sunday, Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday (subject to change)
