The House was built around 1860 and is an end of terrace 10 bedroomed Victorian house. It was built and occupied by the architect who designed and built many houses in the Penzance area. It is larger than other Guest Houses in the terrace and has a lovely warm feel.
The house was a home until the late 1940's, when it was converted into a Hotel/Guest House.
