Our cottages sit on 9 secluded wooded acres with a beautiful Beach Front, nestled on the last cove of Lake Winnisquam. Lake Winnisquam is located in the Lakes Region of NH. We are a short drive to the Mountain Region as well as the Seacoast Region.

Each cottage has full kitchen facilities, a screened porch with a view of the natural beauty of New Hampshire!

Phillips House and Cottages, Laconia, Two Bedroom Cabins sleeps 4 - Three Bedroom Cabins sleeps 6. Our Cottage Colony can be used for family reunions. Lodging arrangements for family weddings.

This summer visit The Canterbury Shaker Village in Canterbury, It is located less than a 20 minute drive from our cottages. It's a great day out for children and adults. We are close to Canobie Lake Amusement Park, The Christa McAuliffe Planetarium, Hampton Beach and the Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway to name a few places of interest. There is a lot to do and see in the area or you can just relax at our cottages and let the kids have fun in the lake.
