Romolo Chocolates' rich history began with Romolo, an Italian who immigrated to New York City in 1906.
His grandson Tony, owner and master confectioner at Romolo Chocolates, continues to make cremes, caramels and other confections in the traditional methods his grandfather began after years working with candy makers in New York City and Chicago. The family's confection making and Chocolates mastery were learned under his tutelage.
All of the handmade confections listed here appear in our beautiful gift box. The box is specially made just for Romolo Chocolates using a paper with rich brown, burgundy and forest green tones. The box design has won an Erie Ad Club Golden Rooster Award and we know you'll be just as proud as we are to present it.
