Santa Monaca Hostel in Firenze, Florence, Italy | Hostel or Backpacker

The Santa Monaca Hostel is located in an ancient convent of the 15th century in the historical centre of Florence in the quarter of Santa Spirito.

The main museums and monuments are within a few minutes walking distance, as is the city’s main railway station. As this is an independent youth hostel there is no age limit and a YHA card is not required.

The rooms of Santa Monaca Hostel have heating, fans and cable-radio. The hostel does not have a meal service, however it has an agreement with a bar and restaurant near by, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner to the hostel’s guests at a reduce price .

We do have dorm-rooms with 4-6-8-10 and larger dormitories with bunk beds. Rooms and dormitories can be separated or mixed. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Bed sheets are supplied by the hostel and included in the price. Hot shower is free. In the rooms there are small wardrobe that can be locked with your own padlock. Besides there is a safe in the reception office where you may deposit for free small valuables like cameras, documents, money, etc.
