The Seabreeze Beach House is situated on the world famous Grace Bay Beach within the Princess Alexandria National Park (excellent snorkeling right outside your front door) on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. The house is managed by Aquamarine Beach Houses Management.

The Seabreeze Beach House is a cozy beachfront apartment and comes fully equipped with towels, linens, appliances, microwave, fridge freezer, stove, laundry facilities, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD, on Gas BBQ, patio table & chairs and padded sun lounges with a outside shower. It is air conditioned. Situated directly on famous Grace Bay Beach within the National Park, close to restaurants and shops in Turtle Cove with excellent snorkelling steps from the door. Providenciales airport is only 10 minutes away.

Beach Level ? 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bathroom. The Seabreeze Beach Level can sleep up to 2 guests. Your open concept kitchen, breakfast bar for 2 and sitting area allows the guest(s) to relax inside or outside. Your beach level provides stunning ocean views from each room. You can cool your unit by trade wind breezes and hunter ceiling fans by day and/or night. If you prefer air conditioning in your bedroom for night time use no worries? you will have an air conditioner in your bedroom and it will be controlled by you! Your large covered porch provides shade by day and privacy at night to enjoy your private patio table, chairs and bbq.

Balcony Level ? 2 bedrooms plus 1 den, 1 bathroom (1 queen bed and 2 twin beds or 1 king bed and a pull out sofa bed in den). The Seabreeze Balcony Level can sleep 5 to 6 guests. The balcony level has an open concept kitchen, a dining area (table can seat 8 guests) and a sitting area. The balcony level allows couples or families to have sufficient space to enjoy each other inside and outside and still find privacy. You can cool your unit by trade wind breezes and hunter ceiling fans by day and/or night. If you prefer air conditioning in your bedrooms and/or den for night time use no need to worry ? you will have air conditioning units in the bedrooms and den and they are controlled by you!

If you prefer to have your entire unit cool by air conditioning we have units in all rooms of the balcony unit. (There would be an additional charge to have the entire unit air conditioned for your stay). Your large deck invites you to relax or dine using your private patio table, chairs and bbq while taking in the stunning views and sunshine.

The Beach Level and the Balcony Level both offer high quality furniture, tasteful décor, towels, linens and a daily cleaning service. You will find lots of cooking spices, pots, pans, dish ware, serving dishes, utensils (cooking, serving and eating), tea and coffee cups, drinking glasses, margarita, wine and champagne glasses! Each unit has, fridge/freezer/Icemaker in balcony level, stove, sink, hot and cold water dispenser (free water), microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cable tv, dvd, vcr, cd player, private phone (local calls are free), internet (free).

Providenciales is the urban centre of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Familiarly known as "Provo," the island offers all the modern conveniences one could desire while remaining a superior vacation destination for one who wants an escape from stress and overpopulated cities. Provo has an 18 hole golf course, a casino, shopping centers, three marinas, a growing number of bars and excellent restaurants.

The Turks and Caicos Islands is also a divers' and water lovers' paradise. Providenciales is home to the only Conch farm in the world. These mollusks with their beautiful pink shells take five years to grow to their adult size. The Conch farm is open for tours during the winter months.
