Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the prestiges Scott Estate, we are particularly well situated for everything Hout Bay has to offer: 2 minutes from the beach, even less from two shopping centres; a minute or so from the harbour, (various boat trips are available, including one the incredible Seal Island.) We are within easy distance of a dozen or more restaurants, 500 metres as the crow flies from the famous World of Birds wildlife centre. We are close to both access routes to Cape Town proper and extremely well-placed for excursions into the winelands.

The accommodatin consists of a tastefully furnished, self-catering apartment. Attached to the main house, it offers total security while the separate entrance and enclosed carport ensures complete privacy. It consists of one large double room with a king size bed. One slightly smaller double room with a queen size bed, a livingroom/kitchenette and a separate bathroom/shower/toilet. The street entrance opens onto an intimate sun-drenched courtyard and the lock-up garage has an automatic door-opener.

Mod-cons include a dishwasher, a microwave oven, TV and an automatic washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided and the premises are serviced weekly.
