Located in beautiful and historic Fowey, in Cornwall, in the United Kingdom,  the rugged garden of Great Britain, Sunny Spirit is a lovely Victorian home on four floors with spectacular sea views available to let as a vacation home when the owners, Robert Lyle and Mary Gill Lyle,  are away.

Sunny Spirit sleeps six in three bedrooms, has two baths, one en-suite, a study, an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, balconies front and back, a garden court yard at the rear and a terraced garden at the front. There is free wireless (WiFi) broadband throughout the house, full telephone service and a fax.

There is parking in a secured garage.  Smoking is not allowed at Sunny Spirit and there can be no pets. Children should be at least 12 years of age.  Holidays begin on Saturdays.

Sunny Spirit, a spacious Victorian town home vacation home is in an excellent south facing position with sun morning to night,  on the principle waterfront road overlooking the harbour and the open sea.  Fowey's town centre is an easy, level walk of only a few minutes.  Set on four floors, Sunny Spirit has been tastefully and imaginatively modernized so as to maintain it's Victorian elegance.

From the dining table, you are treated to views of both the rear garden and the river, as are those relaxing in the lounge area.  Comfortably furnished with a cushy sofa and rattan wingback armchairs, the sitting room features a TV, DVD & video, stereo, and an unusual Georgian cast iron fireplace with gas fire.  A set of French doors opens out onto the front balcony with period wrought iron work. F rom here, there are fascinating views over the harbour to Polruan and out to sea.
