The Sunrise Beach House is situated on the world famous Grace Bay Beach within the Princess Alexandria National Park (excellent snorkeling right outside your front door), on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.

The Sunrise Beach House consist of two levels: Beach Level ? 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twins or 1 king bed), 1 bathroom. The Sunrise Beach Level can sleep up to 4 guests. Your open concept kitchen, dining and sitting area allows the couple(s) or small family to relax and dine inside or outside. Your beach level unit can be cooled by trade wind breezes and hunter ceiling fans by day and/or night. If you prefer air conditioning in your bedrooms for nighttime use no worries? they are individually controlled by you! Your large covered porch provides you with shade by day and privacy at night to enjoy patio table, chairs and bbq.

Balcony Level ? 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds or 1 king bed), 2 bathrooms.
The Sunrise Balcony Level can sleep up to 6 guests. The balcony levels has an open concept kitchen with a coffee bar, a dining area (seats up to 10 guests) and a sitting area. The Balcony unit allows couples or families to have sufficient space to enjoy each other and still find privacy. Patio slider doors allows exit from each bedroom, the kitchen, the dining area and the sitting area to a wrap around deck. Your deck invites you to relax or dine using your private patio table, chairs and bbq while taking in stunning views and sunshine. At night or by day you may cool your balcony level unit with the trade winds and hunter ceiling fans or you can turn on your central air conditioning to cool the entire unit.

The Beach Level and the Balcony Level both offer high quality furniture, tasteful décor, towels, linens and a daily cleaning service. You will find lots of cooking spices, pots, pans, dishware, serving dishes, utensils (cooking, serving and eating), tea and coffee cups, drink glasses, margarita, wine and champagne glasses! Each unit has, fridge/freezer, stove, sink, hot and cold water dispenser (free filtered water), microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cable tv, dvd, vcr, cd player, private phone (local calls are free), internet (free).

Providenciales is the urban centre of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Familiarly known as "Provo," the island offers all the modern conveniences one could desire while remaining a superior vacation destination for one who wants an escape from stress and overpopulated cities. Provo has an 18 hole golf course, a casino, shopping centers, three marinas, a growing number of bars and excellent restaurants.

The Turks and Caicos Islands is also a divers' and water lovers' paradise. Providenciales is home to the only Conch farm in the world. These mollusks with their beautiful pink shells take five years to grow to their adult size. The Conch farm is open for tours during the winter months.
