Tasman Backpackers in Devonport, Tasmania, have dorm rooms, twin, double, family and private en suite rooms available, most having an outdoor balcony.

Dorm Rooms
Backpacker Hostel Dorm Rooms Male and Female dorms are available with 5, 7 and 8 beds. Large share bathrooms are available on each floor of each wing. Sheets, pillows and pillowslips are provided. Doonas and blankets are available for hire.

Twin Rooms
Backpacker Hostel Twin Rooms: Spacious twin rooms have two single beds for you and a friend. Basic linen is provided and each room has a sink with running water, a closet and drawers. Doonas and blankets are for hire as above. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared. Several Triple rooms are also available upon request.

Double Rooms:
Each room is equipped with a Queen sized bed and its own sink and running water. All linen is supplied including doonas and blankets. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared.

Private En suite Rooms:
Backpacker Hostel Double Rooms En suite are equipped with Queen sized beds, TV/DVD player and your own private bathroom with a toilet and shower. All linen is supplied including towels and soaps. Kitchen facilities are shared.


Family Rooms : Infants no extra charge.
Our family option incorporates two adjoining rooms with internal connecting doors, for privacy. One is equipped with a Queen sized bed, and the other with two single beds. All linen is supplied. Each room is equipped with a sink and running water. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared. Cots are available at no extra charge, please request upon booking.
