One of many restaurants in Corpus Christi, the Torch Restaurant, a superb Steakhouse in Corpus Christi, United States, first opened in 1957 under the name "THE CHARCOAL HOUSE". Harry Porter took over just a few months later and created the "Torch Restaurant". Harry Porter has passed the flame to Telly Gialouris who continues the tradition of fine dining. All of our steaks in this Steakhouse are cooked on the open pit in the main dining room of The Torch Restaurant. We do not add any preservatives or tenderizers to the steaks served in our restaurant - they are all natural. From experience, we find that our customers prefer to dine leisurely.
