Twin Peaks Resort is located at the north-west entrance to the great National Parks of the Canadian Rocky Mountains in British Columbia, Canada. It is only 2.5 kilometres outside Valemount on Highway 5 in the Robson Valley. The resort includes a large Lodge, 5 luxury log cabins and 1 suite.
Surrounded by beautiful forests and the awesome peaks of the Rocky, the Cariboo, and the Monashee Mountains, Twin Peaks Resort is the perfect place and retreat to relax and enjoy nature.
Twin Peaks Resort offers unique activities all year round. In the summer, view the spectacular migration of Chinook salmon, which travel from the Pacific Ocean all the way to the McLennan River, which runs through the resort.
In the winter, take a dogsledding tour or sign-up for a day of cat-skiing. Adventure and serenity await you...Choose among the large Lodge, the smaller luxury log cabins, and the nice suite. The Lodge is mainly run as a group and family facility. You can rent single rooms (only in summer), half the Lodge?main + upper floor? or the entire Lodge. It includes 7 rooms with 4 queen-size beds, 8 single bunk beds, a living room with a pool table/ fireplace/ Satellite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Lodge is used by companies and groups as a retreat or conference centre, as well as by families for reunions and celebrations.
Each cabin includes one bedroom with either one queen bed, or one double bed with a set of single bunk beds, a full bathroom, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.
All cabins have a futon sofa in the living room, a propane fireplace and electric heating, Satellite TV, a covered porch, a picnic table and a fire pit. BBQs are available. There is also a nice suite available with 2 single beds, kitchenette and 3-piece bathroom.
Visit Valemount, British Columbia with its numerous restaurants, two golf courses, the beautiful Wildlife Sanctuary and the Swiss Bakery. Or watch the salmon travel up stream in George Hicks Park, swim in Cranberry Lake, take trips to Kinbasket Lake: it?s only 12 miles from the resort and, at over 500 km long, one of the longest lakes in BC.
