Emsworth Museum
The Emsworth Museum in Emsworth, Hampshire is administered by the Emsworth Maritime and Historical Trust or EM&HT, and is dedicated to preserving, recording and telling the story and history of the town. Come learn the triumphs and tragedies of the townsfolk from days gone by, the fascinating meteoric rise and fall of the oyster industry, the life and time of writings by PG Wodehouse who lived, worked and played cricket in the town. The Emsworth Museum has a permanent exhibition dedicated to PG Wodehouse, as well as other collections and artifacts, entry is free but donations are welcome. Visit often because they are continually adding to their array of artifacts, it's a guaranteed rewarding experience of the general history and archive material.
